    Bon hotel plomberie à refaire

Bon hotel bon emplacement sauf que notre chambre au sous sol sentait pas beau à chaque fois qu on utilisait la toilette.

Loved the cosy European feel of the place. It was quiet and comfy. Its vicinity to all of the points if interest was a huge bonus. Check-in and out was smooth and friendly.

Loved the old hotel feel, but three flights of stairs can be tough for some. Staff helped with luggage and directions. Very convenient location. Charming hotel, but it is old and advertised as such so we knew what we were getting.

This hotel felt very much a part of the authentic Old Quebec - friendly, quirky, stylish, unpretentious, comfortable. It would not be the hotel for guest with mobility issues, as there are many stairs and tight corners in this unique historic building. I stayed in one of the half-basement rooms with windows to the sidewalk, the other basement room without natural light would not have been so charming. The bathroom was craftily cobbled into an angled basement corner, but functional and fine for me. Travelers who need a lot of attention/service might be happier elsewhere, as the desk is open only 9:00 - 21:00. But, those who want a central, charming, modestly priced hotel with a unique personality - this hotel is a smart stop. I would be happy to stay there again.

  • 6.0.Good

The location of the property was excellent - just a short walk to anything within the old town. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room. It was extremely small and had very few amenities. No available coffee or coffee maker, only shampoo and really, really small soap wafers, and many stairs to climb to get to the room. I guess we are used to something with a few more 'perks.' Staff was lovely and helpful. Furnishings were quaint. If I were to book again, I'd definitely ask for something NOT on the top floor and bring my own soap, shampoo, etc.

This is a jewel located in the heart of the city. Beautiful room, with a small patio even. You can walk to many attractions, restaurants from there. Staff is very polite and helpful.

This is a great place to stay in Vieux Québec, it’s centrally located and has plenty of character. The beds are comfy, the decor is fun, and we received a friendly welcome upon check-in. The private bath looked a bit dated but it was clean. And yes, there are stairs to climb (including the front steps), but if you’re on the top floor, you’ll be rewarded with a charming view, day and night. Very happy with our stay, we’d stay here again.

Very nice room, quaint, very clean. On the negative, very small bathroom, no room to move, and the toilet paper was of very low quality. The location is ideal, it is in walking distance to everything, restaurants, museums, all major attractions.
