Independent Stay
The hotel contacts you directly by email and arranges a time for when you arrive. There is no reception so someone has to meet you outside and give you keys. I waited for over half an hour for someone to turn up which was a little annoying. Other than that it was great- and you feel quite independent. But there is no service whatsoever.

i advise travellers do never think about it .
Location seems very attractive, but as u get to know the city, u do not have to live his central area, cuz too noicy all day from morning till 00:00. the staff, a girl , not pleased to serve and answer questions . She asked 2euros overcharged us pernight, I kept calling the people of property and emailed , nobody answerd or replied at all. Because , there is no management team in the property staying there after you check in . No one there to help! They called b&b , but no breadfast at all, they dont have facilities said on the website, they said you gonna have private shower and toilet , sorry , outside the rooms , and have to carry keys everywhere .. Taps of the shower broken, nobody fixed it , Rooms pictures looks nice? Be careful. They use pink lightning in the room , exactly feel like in a motel , Be a smart traveller, and be never be cheated by this kind of hostels, But btw, there is a bnb on the first floor same building run by an old man , they looks very nice . At least , they hv receptions . Hope my comment helps you . Never waste money .

Unreliable and unprofessional b&b
I was really disappointed at what I encountered. Arriving at the bb, I had to wait for about 30 mins for the receptionist to even check me in. He spent his time talking with one guest about the surroundings. When checking me in he told me that the bb is full and there is no rooms available for me even though I had booked two nights and and emailed him confirming my arrival. He did not seem to care and just told me that he called around and found me another bb about 20 mins walk away from the train station that I had just got off. I had to drag my luggages back towards the train station and found out that this new bb is pretty much in a bad neighborhood. I was really disappointed at this arrangement and how unprofessional the receptionist is. Do not book your reservation here unless you are prepared for a disappointment.

Not recommended
Upon check-in no one was there at the hotel we asked a neighbor to call the owner said he would be there in two minutes and showed up 35 minutes later, showed up he was rude and when giving us the keys we realized that one key fits all rooms and all bathrooms there was no heat in the roomand an in adequate amount of toilet paper and blankets. After check-in we never saw anyone from the hotel again and simply checked out by leaving a key on the table. Although the room was average in cleanliness and a great location I wouldn't really recommend this hotel to anyone.

only location great, others nay
I read the reviews before making the booking, and acknowledged that they don't have 24h reception. So upon arrival, i emailed them my arrival time and confirmed with them several times, but when i reached the b&b, still no one there to check us in. We waited there for 3hours. I stayed there for 3 nights, and along that 3 days, every traveller faced the same problem. I even had to open the door to let them in and lent them my phone to contact the person-in-charge (since when i become the reception?). In conclusion, they never be punctual for check-in time, but super sharp with check-out time. The b&b is located on third floor, they don't have elevator. Thus, for those who can't climb the stairs or carry big luggages, this place isn't optimal. There's no room service, no one will remove your trashbag or sweep the floor. I can even see the hair sticking on the blanket, i wonder how often they wash the blanket. Some other websites state that they have hair dryer and kitchen, well that's a lie. The only good point i can think of is that the b&b location is perfect, you can go to duomo or central market in 5mins walk. And they have fast internet. And the manager recommended us a pizzeria to have nice pizzas and beer during late night.
