everthing you need but the rooms are bijou!
as with APA hotels they have everything you need and some times more. the one thing you don't have is room. all rooms so far in APA have been very small in comparison to European hotels at this price. difficult in the room we had to set up the shower without water everywhere

Good location in a quiet side street, plenty of good restaurants close by. Ten minuet walk from Tokyo Station.

Fair4.0
Disappointing stay.
Room was tiny and breakfast was quite disappointing(very limited choices & No fruit juice or fruits ). AC cooling option not available this time of the year (mid Nov eventhough is mild outside) therefore we had to open the window all night, advised by staff at reception. Noise and cigarette smoke from outside made it difficult to sleep.

Very Good8.0
The hotel overall is good. Convenience to access to subway, JR Tokyo Station and high way bus to all destination and eating places. It is suitable for small group one or two person as room is a little limited space. Overall I am quite satisfied with my 5 days stay in this hotel.
