Good hotel to stay after a late arrival at galeao airport, good breakfast but late at night there are not many options for starving travellers. During the night someone entered in the room by mistake, how come the staff didnt know there were guests there?

Poor check in
It took too long to get my wifi (about 15 to 20 mins). The person who checked me in was neutral but the other person at the reception did not even say welcome how could we help and just ignore me, although her colleague asked for help. It just did no happen. I expect people at the reception to show interest and courtesy.
