This stay was truly amazing! It was in the heart of Manhattan where it wasn’t too close to Times Square but only a 3-5 min walk into it! When we first arrived Frank upgraded us to the 65th floor with an amazing view! And Gen & Frank helped us out the whole time including remembered us daily and asked what we were up to. It was clean, the bellman was nice and having a complimentary breakfast helped budget as well. We will be staying again on our next trip

Perfect NYC view
The view was the best part of the room (Times Square/Hudson). Location was great and was within a short walking distance to alot of attractions and the subway. It was very clean and the beds were very cozy. I was a little disappointed with the size of the room but rooms in NYC are typically smaller. It def was one of the bigger rooms in NYC without being a suite. Breakfast was really good. Staff were very nice and accommodated us very professionally.
