Wir waren nur einige Tage vor einer Kreuzfahrt dort. Dafür war das Hotel optimal. Lage zwischen Flughafen und Cruiseport ist gut. Hotel ist direkt an einem kleinen Sandstrand, direkter Zugang vom Hotel aus. Liegen und Schirme werden täglich aufgebaut. AI ist praktisch, direkt in der Umgebung gibt es aber auch Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Das Personal ist um die Gäste bemüht. Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt,

Back of the hotel, pool area with water view was gorgeous. Food was mediocre, at best. Bartenders were awesome. Housekeeping was mediocre. A couple of the younger people in the restaurant obviously didn’t want to work. Lady in reception was wonderful.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely great. Ashley and Michelle were terrific. They were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. You could not get a better location for this hotel---right on the new boardwalk steps from the ocean. You can hear the ocean from your room. The area has a lot of shops and restaurants. The bartenders were a lot of fun, made great drinks, and did not skimp on the alcohol. The food was very good.There was a safe protected area to swim in the ocean. Most of guests were Brits or Canadians - many who had stayed at the hotel several times. Downsides - our bathroom in our room was dated, not very elegant, and needed updating. Otherwise our room was fine. The wifi service was spotty, not very strong, and not working very well for a few days during our stay. That should be a priority item for the hotel to address as soon as possible as people cannot be offline these days. The hotel's wifi system should be updated, strengthened, and made more powerful. If the hotel would address the bathroom and wifi issue, you could not find a better place to stay.

I can genuinely say I’ve never experienced a hotel quite like this, from the minute we arrived we were welcomed like old friends, this high level of service was consistent throughout our stay adding to what was already a fantastic destination. The hotel was clean, the food was excellent combining local and international cuisine with a good helping of Bajun hospitality!
