Interesting decor, basic hotel, good location
Nice hotel in Beirut. Check-in and check-out were disappointing experiences with grumpy staff who were curt and unwelcoming. Room was comfortable but the interesting decor couldn’t hide a more basic feel to it.

Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel with an excellent theme
Amazing hotel and service Conveniently located near Badaro Street with all it's quaint restaurants and cafes Love Secret Garden food and live music at the hotel though this last trip was closed due to roof being put in preparation for the winter season

Exceptional 10.0
Looking forward to my next trip
As a frequent hotel visitor, I find Smallville creates a perfect balance between a Business & Pleasure hotel. It is young, fun and vibrant, while having strong wifi, a good gym and a tasty breakfast. Their young staff are are always happy to help, and will provide company if alone by the bar. Badaro is a hip area with some great restaurants and bars, and is a nice break from downtown and Mar Mikhael.

Very good 8.0
Nice, but not worth the price
Cute, quirky themed hotel. I give top marks to the room itself as it was comfortable and very well equipped. Location was not great, not much around. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly, however i went to the top floor restaurant and had terrible service on both occassions. For the price i think you can do much better in Beirut.

Good 6.0
overall, the hotel has a quite an interesting. It is high tech relative to hotels in Lebanon, comfortable and spacious room, nice décor and amenities to fulfill your needs. The area that management should pay better attention to is the service. The team is young, eager, but lacks the skillset and customer engagement that would make this hotel a winner. Perhaps management should invest in improving training for customer facing staff to serve customer needs better. It happened that while we were there, they were hosting a wedding. Obviously, with all the commotion, the staff was overwhelmed, and some calls to the front desk were left unanswered and heard comments that I should come down to the lobby to be served. This I find unacceptable.
