Lovely room with an excellent view of the Bosphorus. The man who checked me in was fantastic, too – very friendly, organised a car to take me to the airport in the morning, offered to have the restaurant make up a takeaway breakfast (although I didn't take him up on this). Just a lovely stay all around. And I liked the neighbourhood, which was a little calmer than Sultanahmet.

Perfect location away from the hustle but close enough to get to without too much effort. Amazing reception and front of house staff, amenities and breakfasts! Ferries are a short walk away, Taksim Square only a 10 minute stroll away and a convenient grocery store right next door for those incidentals. Was a great place to spend the last 2 nights of a hectic Euro trip prior to flying back home. Be sure to give the custodian puppies a pat also! A room with a Bosphorus view is the best idea if you can nab one 😁

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at the Artisan Hotel. The accommodations exceeded our expectations with a spacious room, comfortable bed, and flawlessly functioning air conditioning. Cengiz at the Front Desk and Ozan went far and above our expectations, making our stay feel like home. We particularly enjoyed our daily conversations about life in Istanbul - their warmth and local insights added a personal dimension that transformed our visit from merely comfortable to genuinely memorable. Very nice hotel, location very good, roof top breakfast restaurant superb, amazing views. We were there for the Guns'n'Roses concert at the Besiktas stadium, literally a few minutes walk, and also only 15 mins or so walk to Taksim, Beyoglu etc. Staff very efficient, polite, attentive, welcoming, professional. Will definitely use this hotel every time we go to Istanbul.
