Highly disappointed ☹️
When we arrived I was thinking that it would be a very beautiful room especially for the price that it cost us, however the room was not clean up to standards. There was a lot of broken old furniture in it that I took pictures of. We were just so tired we had to just go to sleep because we had drove for a while to get there, I will say that view was spectacular but the room was less than mediocre. I took a fall there. I went into the ice room looking for vending machines on the first floor where my room was and there was two big puddles of water in which i almost slipped and fell in. I ended up going to the front desk to find out where I could purchase drinks at and I told the lady about the puddles of water in the ice room and that I had almost fell so she needed to get there and get them cleaned up.30 minutes later I ended up going back in there to get ice out of the ice machine thinking that she had it probably have cleaned it up by then but unfortunately she didn't and as soon as I hit that door I hit the floor!!! Right now I am on my second day on my cruise and I'm so sore I've laid in bed one whole day and the other one I'm not enjoying myself too much at all because my back hurts, my hip hurts and unfortunately my knee hurts so I guess Hilton garden inns kind of ruined my trip because of their negligence of not cleaning up messes or at least putting a wet floor sign after it had already been reported to front desk.I won't even get started on the cleanliness of bathroom

It was okay.
Not terrible, but starting to be a very worn-down looking place. It was nice that it was pet friendly, had a bar, and on-site restaurant. However, breakfast is not included. There isn't any information given about meals/room service given at check-in or in rooms which would be great! There was a 1" gap under door that we placed a towel against to avoid light/noise. Definitely expected better from a $400 /night room and a HILTON.
