Charming B&B
We stayed in the Master Suite which unfortunately is situated between the kitchen and breakfast room. Whilst the website shows it as the best looking suite,if you don't want to be woken up at 6am this is one to avoid. Breakfast however was very good albeit strictly continental, no hot food. The walk into the hub was a bit longer than expected but great restaurants and shopping. Took about 20 minutes there a bit longer coming back as uphill.

Charming Older Home with Character
We recommend the Bed and Breakfast as a good place to stay a few days while sightseeing in Victoria. Very clean and charming old house. Relaxing atmosphere. Tea and coffee station all day. Continental breakfast and will add GF bread on request. We would stay again. Before you book accept the fact that It’s over 100 years old so it’s charming yet a bit fragile. No shoes inside but they provide slippers. Doors are thin with some cracks. Old homes are beautiful but a delicate environment. The boiler went out one evening but they had it repaired in the am. Lots of stairs and not much space, that said it’s charming, quick drive to all the sights, great neighborhood to walk around. There’s a castle right beside it. Lindsey was the concierge there from 3-6pm during the days of our stay and she was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and once the boiler was fixed plenty of hot water and pressure.

Not at all what we were expecting! Quaint inn with loads of charm and easy access to the key sights in Victoria. Breakfast was lovely and being able to access the kitchen for snacks was nice.

Short but Sweet!
Quick and short but stay was great overall just a minor issue with heat in the room. The building is very old with old steam radiators and our room had two. We opened all the windows in our room and that helped take the edge off. Slept with only a sheet but everything else was excellent, from condition of property, to food offering in the morning and staff. Would stay again but request a room (we were in Castle View) that isn't so warm.

Great stay, perfect for couples and friends.
We loved our stay at The Craigmyle! Loved the history, the subtle modern updates that were made but also how they kept still so much of the original or old details that I loved so much when booking and viewing photos. The service and staff were great and nice and loved to read about the history of it. I would recommend and stay again or even book nights for family members for a fun weekend trip!
