Excellent Hotel/ Staff Service beyond expectation
Convenient, Clean, Modern, Elegant, Friendly staff (Really going beyond their expectations). I have stayed in many nice hotels in my life. But the staff of this hotel was the best and they made our stay exceptional. Location is very nice and convenient. Hotel is connected to a mall with variety of food options .Staff at this hotel was exceptionally helpful. We booked our hotel through Expedia. At the time of the booking there was confusion regarding breakfast for 4 people (Me, Wife and 2 daughters). Expedia website showed it was included but confirmation did not specify. I called Expedia before leaving Canada and they confirmed it was included for 4 days of our stay. However, upon arrival from Madina Hilton, we were told at the check in that Expdia rep was wrong as Hilton booking system was not showing breakfast. I explained this to night manager Ahmad Hamdy along with Expedia booking screenshot. Ahmad was exceptionally helpful (deserves hospitality award) and he resolved this matter. He introduced us to Restaurant Manager Mustafa. They both personally made sure our stay and breakfast was most comfortable so that we could concentrate on ibadat. Thank you Ahmad & Mustafa. I would recommend management to recognize these 2 great employees as they are great asset to the hotel and make your brand more valuable and distinguish from competition. I am definately staying at this property due to hospitality of Ahmad Hamdy and and Manager Mustafa. I recommend this to everyone.

Exceptional 10.0
Pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel!
Start wasn't perfect. We reached hotel at 3am and the room we had booked was given to someone else. They gave us the suite for one day and we were to check out the following day to the room we booked. The following day unfortunately we were told the room we booked was not available and we were pressurised to pay extra and stay in the suite, which we refused to do. Anyway after a couple of words with the manager and the Hilton honours manager we were given the suite to stay in for the rest of our trip (7days and nights). The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, the junior staff kept asking if webneeded anything, there is a bin Dawood if you need groceries for the kids etc, other shops selling perfume, Islamic books etc are outside the enterance of the hotel. most things cost slightly more in this building due to the location and the standard (worth it in my opinion). The hotel itself is few steps to the masjid al haram (across a road that can be walked across easily). Breakfast is in extensive with a lot of options. It takes time to figure out what they offer and what you like from it but there is plenty of food and tables to seat everyone. The waiters are pleasent and assist if necessary. For lunch and dinner there is a food court on a higher floor in the building which offer fried chicken, al tazaj, Asian food, Baskins Robbins, KFC, Hardee's, and some other Arabic restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Hilton Suites
Hilton Suites is located in an amazing location, literally across the street 2 minute walk from the main King Fahad gate- Entrance. It is located inside a mall like building with many shopping and food options like KFC, Hardees, and my favorite Al-Baik Express. As soon as we entered Hilton Suites- we were greeted immediately and taken care of with the reception and room keys. While waiting at the reception( less than 5 mins) me and my husband were given amazingly chilled mango and mixed fruit cocktail welcome drinks. The hotel front desk was sweet, polite and also upgraded us to the suite which had a living area, small kitchen , bedroom, and 2 full baths. The Hotel also has an exquisite breakfast Buffet- Do take it. Its Clean, Flavorful, amazing and extensive! Now the only and biggest Con in this Hilton is the hallway and overall quality of the hotel rooms and hallways appearance . There is a very strong Cigarette Smoking smell and myself having Lung Issues is the worst possible thing for me. The smell choked me every single time walking out the elevator. The Hilton Hallways really need to be cleaned up , from the walls to the carpets to the cigarette smell. If this one thing can be taken care of and enhanced this Hilton has just the right staff and location to stand apart from its competition!

Fair 4.0
The restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner are the gem of the hotel. The amount of attention and care as well as their kindness was amazing and they made us feel like family. At our last dinner there they even had a surprise for us! They left us overjoyed and we pray that their kindness is rewarded immensely by Allah. Room service was also professional. The hotel location was perfect, from Athan in the room we were able to make it to Salah on time. The major letdown which left us angry and extremely disappointed are the reception staff. Upon check out we were asked to pay 672 Riyals for internet, we were given no bill or no breakdown of the charges just demanded to pay out with no evidence of why such a huge and surprising bill, upon checking in were were told that internet access was complementary and no-one told us then that there was an additional tariff when we explained this to the check out lady she was not interested and wouldn't flex, her colleague was even laughing at my little one who was crying because of the stress which was unbelievable and extremely unprofessional, how can someone be so cold-hearted?. The lady at check out showed no mercy. The one who shows no mercy shall be shown no mercy by the all Merciful. This left a bitter taste and spoiled the high spirit we were in from the night before.

Poor 2.0
Nice hotel not hygienic and service is crap
We checked into the hotel with a reservation of almost 6 suites!! The rooms were nice in size and was a great layout however the room had the worse stench ever and after complaining alot the hotel finally decidednto investigate the matter and found out that the disgusting stench from neighbouring restaurants was entering our room the the AC vents. No they did not offer to give us another room and had no solution. Over more all 6 bathrooms in the 2 suites would flood when taking a shower, I am not kidding an actual flood in the whole toilet if not for the extra drainage it would of flooded the suites. When reported to the hotel they did nothing about it. Due to being in makkah for omra on a short time there wasn't much we could do or waste time but if I had the time I would of made this scenario a nightmare to the hotel who did not put any concern towards this issue
