Very good hotel
Room very spacious and with modern decor. Sink blocked and bed could be more comfortable a bit. Breakfast in the restaurant very good however no other options available from the menu unless you pay for it. Staff at the restaurant looks very unhappy and are not friendly at all.

Hotel was good, a good place. Only complaint was the breakfast staff especially the two older waiters. we thought we were getting continental breakfast, at least that's what it said on or booking, however we were informed that this is wrong and we get American breakfast. The waiter was even blunter,'EGGS' and what that is it, yes EGGS and when we asked for it to be well done we got you guessed it runny, sent it back came back runny, oh and then they had a party come in so instead of asking politely for us to move they proceeded to block us off into the corner.

Seculuded Quiet Rest before catching early flight.
Got this hotel, on recommendation of HOTELS.COM as a good place. Comfortable, safe, friendly, a bit out of the way, hard to find and not close to any major attractions. But a quiet rest, clean towels, working AC, good WiFi, no coffee in room, but a good hotel. They gave us a box lunch en lieu of a breakfast we missed. Good points..but not super fantasticc, no beaches, no views of mountains, no historic attractions.

Modern hotel, helpful staff
It is a modern hotel, with comfortable beds in rather spacious room. Located a bit off main attractions, but close enough to Passeo de Reforma and 15 minutes walk to metro station. We had a bad luck to stay during apparent school trip, when made kids (and parents) made a lot of noise. But we survived it also thanks to hotel staff offered us another room in different corner of the building. General feeling about a place is positive. Tasty breakfast, good WiFi.
