Worst experience; I feared for my safety
I stayed at this hotel one night. Early morning after staying at the hotel I asked the front desk if I could store my bags in a secure place at the hotel after checkout, as my flight home was not until 9pm. As you know, this is a fairly standard request, and most hotels commonly check bags for guests at the front desk. Instead of politely denying the request to check my bags, however, the desk clerk immediately began screaming at me for asking for this and ordered me to leave the hotel. Shocked by his attitude, I asked why he was yelling at me and he raised his voice still louder. As a young woman by herself in a strange country, I quickly grew alarmed by this irrational and unpredictable behavior. Before I could react, however, and while still screaming at me, he grabbed my suitcase and started to roll it towards the door. He then grabbed ME by the arm and started to drag me out of the hotel. Scared by this, I tried to pull away and cried out. Managing to break his grip on my arm, I fell backward and landed on the floor. At this point, before the horrible man could do anything else, I was saved by a stranger. Having heard the commotion from outside of the hotel, this person came to my rescue and intervened with the hotel worker, allowing me to exit the hotel without further incident. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in countless hotels, but I have NEVER experienced anything like this verbal and physical assault.

Great place.
Beautiful place great value a little noisy in the morning. The operators water the many plants earlier and unfortunately the pump was out side out room. Other that that the place is very nice and has a great motif!

Regulart Hostel in Eilat
My wife forgot some expensive dermatological shampoos of our daughter, after long talking on the phone I could get them back (the friendly cleaning lady separated them). When I came to pick them up and looked into the plastic bag one older man from the hostel was totally unfriendly advising me to step away from the counter because he is with clients (more then less as I already checked he is not longer considering me a client), nearly had a fight with him as he started to scream and off course I am not willing to allow this. Very bad attitude of the people in Israel in general, from my point of view there are not prepared for European tourists at all.
