One of the best hotels I have stayed in for years. The service was phenomenal, the staff couldn’t have been more accomodating. Unfortunately as our stay was short and I was a little bit sick, we didn’t get to use all the amenities being the spa/gym which looked high spec from a having a view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there for a week. The breakfast and especially the dinner (half board) were excellent. Love what they offered, free crapes, other sweets (muffins, hot apple cider, hot red wine) and 24 hrs access to sparkling water & other coffee drinks and hot chocolate. The spa was great with 2 steam rooms, sauna, ice room (we didn’t use it), swimming pool and a jacuzzi. I also enjoyed sampling different beauty products after each spa. The location is near Chamonix Villa and was convenient to walk to the bus stop ( Chamonix Sud). All staff were very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.
