Nice hotel, friendly staff, beautiful town. AC could do with an upgrade but that is a minor thing. Rooms new and balconies big

The hotel was spotless and all staff from cleaners right up to management were all very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was absolutely amazing staying at other hotels in the area with only a fan to cool down this was outstanding. Used the rooftop terrace every day to sunbathe this was always spotless and sun beds all tidy and in good condition

Spent a week here in August and had a great time. Hotel has a great location very close to centre as long as you don't mind climbing steps to get back up to the hotel after a night out! Staff very friendly, especially Raphael at reception and Jose in bar/restaurant. Room on first floor was ideal with the patio leading directly onto the sundeck. Well-equipped room with nice kitchen area and great walk-in shower. This is our second visit to the Casablanca and they've upscaled the facilities, putting in an evening rooftop bar into the solarium/sundeck. There is also 'happy hour' between 12 and 1 and between 5 and 6 with a 2 for 1 offer. Brilliant! Great pool bar if you like lounging by the pool or the sundeck. Pool towels are provided in room on arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

Amazing hotel, short walk to beach, shopping centre, bars, clubs and restaurants. The rooftop bar is amazing with great view, drinks and the blankets they give out for cold evenings was a lovely touch. Would 100% recommend!

Had read up on the hotel prior to booking. Great reviews which turned out to be spot on. On arrival we were given a glass of bubbly, which was a nice touch. Stayed here for a week with my daughter, we were delighted with the hotel and the facilities our room was spacious we stayed in the junior suite and room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of foods to chose from and was delicious.There is a rooftop bar which was really beautiful where we had cocktails on the first night. Pool was nice and clean and was cleaned daily, there was also a hot tub to relax in. The main strip was about 5 mins walk from the hotel via 160 steps which was fine to go down but a bit of a climb back up which i managed, just about lol. Overall, I recommend the Casablanca and would return without a shadow of a doubt, you wont be disappointed.One tip a must is to visit Minanas restaurant just 200 yards from hotel went there on our last night and the food was divine our best meal all week.

Loved the hotel. Room was large, modern and clean. Little kitchen, big shower. Loved the spa bath on the balcony. However the hotel is close to a very tacky resort. You need to walk down to the beach/harbor to find some nicer restaurants.
