Exceptional 10.0
A good stay
Very comfortable, value for money and would return.A good base for sightseeing.

Poor 2.0
Uncomfortably small. But clean.
Very small room, tiny shower cubical and toilet (the kind you need to side saddle). Room was next to road/railway. So I was woken at 5:30 as London got up and going. Extremely hot weather and no air conditioning didn’t help, but there was a fan (as the windows bearly opened)

Fair 4.0
This hotell is super noisy as it's right next to train tracks. You can actually feel the rumble from the passing trains. They do provide earplugs. Other than than, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms clean. It did get very hot while I was there, and the space coolers didn't quite do the job.

Change of business hotel
Ok reception was at a bar on a football watching night - entry in the bar and made my way to the counter for only the hotel reception - I knew I was at the correct area as the sign on the chalk board said no food no drink hotel guest only. I at one side and a man in a black stained shirt the other. He was starring at the screen for way longer than I would have expected and then eventually said checking in? I questioned was this the sister of the sanctuary the man explained yes , I volunteered I started there weekly - he appeared to warm up - checking me in and meeting me by the game machines to show me my room access. He offered to carry my back - nice touch. Found my room - omg if you have choice sanctuary or here pick sanctuary at £150 per night this must be the sanctuary’s ugly little sister . Room nice paint job but floor hard , bathroom looks like it has had a face lift but badly needs a new floor - just all in all not the best. Felt safe. Went for something to eat football well on its way , TVs SO loud. If your a football watcher this is the place for you. If you can image a table to eat in the middle of a football ground - when the match was in full game , this was my experience. The good things table was reserved and the stained shirt man gave me a resident discount off food. I ate starter - fresh no issue and a cheese board - which was poor. Slept ok. Breakfast was again fresh ok but not a match on sanctuary. Fuller team this needs time and money investment.
