Sea Sprite on the Estuary
Perfect spot on the beach; rain or shine
Room #21 is a cozy spot located in the estuary with a world class view of the ocean and a convenient walk to downtown Cannon Beach.

We had a good stay. The view was perfect for us. We had the creek and the ocean. The location was private yet close to everything. Loved the layout of the unit. It was cozy and comfortable. The couch covers are due for a wash though. A good scrub of the shower stall floor and a thorough service of the tub would have made it even more pleasant. The full kitchen is a good bonus.

Gorgeous views in a corner room. Views from all sides. Very comfortable homey and expensive. I recommend that the owners buy new cotton sheets.

Give this 4.5 out of 5 stars
Room was lovely. However, the shower curtain bar was rusted. As nice as the rest of the room was, that seemed totally out of place. Also, being just a few steps from the front door afforded privacy to the tenants. If we were a newlywed couple it could be quite embarrassing both for the occupants and anyone walking in the front door. There was no service received as we only stayed one night.

Nice but....
We rented two rooms, on the first and third floors. The rooms were comfortable and we love the view and location but there were a few little issues which were annoying. The third floor balcony deck was slick with a mossy film (I know, it's Oregon) which our grand kids fell on a few times, covering them in the gunk. The oven didn't work very well and the fridge was missing a couple of door shelves making it hard to store all the food we needed. The jetted tub had a self cleaning feature which kicked on in the middle of the night waking our daughter (fortunately not her kids) because it's so loud. It would be good if the main doors into each of the two rooms had a threshold sweep because the gap under the door allowed for more noise. On the first floor, we could hear the family from the third floor.
