Superior 1 Bedroom
Location: It is perfect. Just 5 mins walk to Tower Hill station. Coppa Club, Pauls, Starbucks are all just outside the hotel. Check In/Front Desk: Staff made it very swift and ushered us to the room shortly after. Also, I made a purchase online and they kept the parcel for us. Room: No view at all - just small partial view of Tower of London. It's a perfect home away from home stay. Very comfortable bed too. Kitchen/Washing Machine: Both rooms have full equipment to cook up meals. Oven and microwave is available but the options are bit difficult to use. Washing machine and dryer is available. Bathroom: Partial toiletries provided? No toothbrush, showercap and all that, just basics like shampoo, condition, hand soap and hand lotion. The only thing I did not like was the "welcome pack". It came with tea, coffee pods and cookies where it is only given once. Which means if I stay for 1 day, i get the same pack, i stay for 3 days, I get the same pack too. It doesn't make sense for me to be paying for an exclusive homestay but they charge for small things like that. The concierge was nice enough to give us another basket - but this shouldn't be the way. It should be refilled every day by housekeeping just like any other hotels. What is a quid or two for coffee when you are already charging an amount for the room itself?? I thought a 5 star establishment could do away with all these one two quids of charge and provide it on a daily basis.

Amazing riverside apartments
This placed is fantastic. From the location (right on the river next to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge), through the team in the lobby who welcome you, the slick, modern but comfortable public areas to the amazing river view apartments, there is little not to love. The apartment itself (we had a two bedroom river view) is amazing. It is very generously sized with a huge open plan kitchen / living / dining room. There are several balconies enabling one to enjoy the views and (in our case) the sunshine. The kitchen is very well appointed with a great Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, lots of mugs / plates / cutlery and so on as well as a washing machine. The sofa was very comfortable, the easy chairs in the window bays lovely (and a great idea) and the beds a delight. One of the bedrooms is ensuite (with a shower) and there is also a master bathroom (with full bath). The only slight detraction is the TV system. The TV itself is "smart" but there was no way to load things such as Netflix / Amazon. There is a selection of Freeview channels and also Sky Sports and Sky Movies. Now I've written it down it sounds a little churlish to complain about this but it seems silly to have smart TV and not have the functions that make it "smart" available. This is a very minor complaint though - this place is among the best I've ever stayed in.

Best week in London
I can't say enough good things about The Cheval Three Quays. From the moment we arrived it was perfect! They welcomed my son and wished him a happy birthday by name as we walked through the door and even had a little birthday surprise waiting for him in our apartment. The staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The apartments are well laid out with thoughtful details to make it easy to settle right in. After a ten hour flight they helped us find the closest grocery, and we were able to have a home cooked meal our first night. The beds are the most comfortable ever. My son asked if we could take the mattress home on the plane with us! As for the bathroom, well, if you have a young child you know getting them to bath is a struggle. The rain shower is now my best friend and we will be putting one in when we renovate our bathroom this year. When we were out and about during the day he would voluntarily say "I'm going to take a shower before bed tonight. Ok?" The maid service was very discreet and thorough. They came daily after we left for the day and each night when we arrived, my son's stuffed animals would be arranged in some new way on his pillow. He loved it. Really and truly, if you are traveling to London with your family, I can not say enough good things about this location. I almost forgot about the amazing location! Right above the Tower of London, overlooking the Thames, with views of The Tower Bridge! Perfection! Tower Hill tube station is right there.

Great location, fantastic hotel and staff!
My family of four just traveled to London for spring break. We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Cheval Three Quays for many reasons: 1) The location is beautiful (River Thames, Tower of London, Tower Bridge), there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby (Starbucks, Pret, Paul's, Wagamama, etc.), the Tower Hill tube station is just a few minutes walk. 2) The hotel itself is just lovely. We had a two bedroom apartment w/2 bathrooms and we were so comfortable staying there. There was a spacious living room with sectional, stocked kitchen, dining room table, and a washer & dryer in the apartment. They kindly stocked the fridge with water, milk, and also had coffee pods, biscuits and such in the kitchen. 3) The staff were just superb. Extremely friendly and welcoming, there was never a shortage of available staff either to say hello or to ask a question to. We've stayed in London before as a family and paid more for much smaller, outdated accommodations. We will absolutely come back to Cheval Three Quays next time we stay in London, couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!

Fantastic location!
Our stay at The Cheval Three Quays was perfection. Immediately upon check in we were automatically upgraded from an urban view to a river view. Floor to ceiling windows throughout! Plentiful light, space and conveniences! We were provided with basic supplies for our first few days, including milk, coffee pods, a selection of fruit, snacks and hot cross buns for our Easter stay! Master Suite has a large queen size bed and spacious private bathroom. Second bed was spacious with two twin beds. A large adjacent bathroom with tub and rain shower combo. Modern, fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry. Daily maid service. Two balconies overlooking the river with views of Tower Bridge, The Shard, and the London Eye in the distance. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and supremely helpful! Tower Hill tube station is a very short walk across the square at Tower London which is located right outside the hotel door! There is a Pret Cafe located just steps away with fresh food, sandwiches, pastries etc. and great coffee! We are so happy we chose to stay at The Cheval. Highly recommend!
