Good: front desk staff are very helpful. Room a good size and quiet. Good shower. Comfy beds. Overall a solid hotel consistent with other Courtyards. OK: Breakfast is average. Location is ten minutes up a main road from town, not a very pleasant walk at night. Bad: shower gel and soap were empty on arrival and not refilled as part of service. We asked for both to be filled and only shower gel was so we had to go back down. Only one towel provided for two people. little things but 100 Euro a night should include them. Also the arrival form was for a completely different person with my name so I was given their birth date, address, and membership number, etc which must be some kind of breach!
