The hotel is very centrally located - right next to the mosque. There is no parking facility. The reception staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is interesting and a bit unusual with the antic furniture and its hotel rooms. As we had booked the Mosque visit at 8h30 a.m. we bought our own breakfast but there was a lovely breakfast served in the central courtyard which opens at 8 a.m.

Room was clean, but there was no where to put luggage or hang up towels. Room was very loud in the mornings due to breakfast being served outside our window. The AC also did not work very well at all, it took hours for it to become even a little cooler. The staff was very nice and helpful!

This hotel is right next to the Cathedral and an incredible value at the price. Breakfast is served in an interior patio, with a nice selection of baked goods, eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, and a wonderful coffee machine. The decor is whimsical with a bunch of carved wood furniture and gilded baroque framed paintings and mirrors. It’s not hard to imagine meeting a hardy knight in the hallway.

What a fabulous hotel! The decor was amazing - it was like stepping into a museum with beautiful old-world charm. The room was clean and lovely - and the view! Our room overlooked the Cathedral entrance which gave us the best view of the Holy Week Procession! AND the location could not be beat! We traveled to Seville, Malaga, and Granada in addition to Malaga, and this hotel was my favorite!

We had a pleasant stay for one night at Hotel Mezquita. There is no elevator but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and carried our big suitcase to our room. Our room faced the inner courtyard, which was peaceful and lovely. We enjoyed the rain shower, great water pressure. We also enjoyed the quaint character of the hotel, with its vast collection of art, furniture, and religious items.
