Let’s first say that Juan at the front desk was the best thing at the hotel , this hotel is supposed to be a 4 star , far from it , other Juan at the front desk no one speaks English, I blame the manger of the hotel he is not doing his job , the hotel is dirty the staff for breakfast can’t keep up and have no supplies, I have yougurt every morning, there is never a spoon , I had to buy a spoon , the chef of the hotel has no idea how to order products they ran out of butter, the ran out yougurt then ran out bread , and coffee was always a challenge to find it , even water was not always available, when we arrived the pool had a white film to it complained to the front desk , the next day the pool was closed to clean it , when the pool opened again it had formed algae the pool was green, complained again closed the pool , the next day the pool was opened, it was clean for about 4 or 5 days , then the pool was white and milky again they do not no how to maintain the pool , this is not a new hotel so you should have knowledge of pool cleaning, I could go on but I think you understand there is a problem with management,

This hotel is very old and dirty. I went to the gym where it stated it was at and it was all boarded up and closed. I asked and they told me they moved it another floor. I went to that floor and the gym was dirty with old equipment. There was even mold on the ceiling. I went to roof top pool, the pool looked like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks, it was murky and white film, I did not go in the water because of it. One night i went down to get 2 bottles of water, I saw a rat run across the lobby towards the dinning area. Very disappointed in this hotel for the price I paid, I will not be coming back.
