Excellent room with a balcony on the top floor. Great location - 5 mins from the rail station but still less than 20 mins to the point neuf on the river. Room spotlessly clean and contained everything you need for a short self catering stay! Reception has limited opening hours but reception staff super friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast is also available for additional charge. Lastly there is a small outdoor dipping pool at the rear along with some gym equipment. Only a short walk to the nearest restaurants and brasseries. Only stayed one night whilst passing through but wished it could have been longer! I would recommend this aparthotel without hesitation.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and with kitchen. There is a microwave with oven function, dish washing machine and a dryer in the restroom. Very close to Toulouse train station , just 5 minutes walk. Surrounding environment are safe and clear, with lot of restaurants and grocery store. About 15 minutes, you can reach Capitol of Toulouse. The hotel is the center of Toulouse, you can easily go to the parks, shopping area. If you have time, take an hour leisure walk in Canal Du Midi , where you can really enjoy the beautiful scenery of Toulouse.

My stay here was very nice. The room was clean and had a lovely little kitchinette area. I didnt utilize it but it waa stocked with basic pots/pans and utensils. The front desk was responsive and it was helpful they spoke English. I also sampled their breakfast on one day and it was good. I ended up just stuffing myself with croissants in my room so I only had it once. The area around the hotel might make you feel a little unsafe but I had no issues. A few hundred feet down Rue Lafon you're on the main street. As a solo traveler it was a fine stay and let me walk to all the major sites in Toulouse.

Loved this cozy apartment. It was less than 10minutes walk from Gare Matabiau. We were 5 in the group and there was ample space. Loved the big bathroom. Saw the sauna and gym but we didn’t have time to use it. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Toulouse.
