    Great North End Location

Checking in was quick and easy. Apartments was large and airy. All are upstairs (no lift) - not normally a problem but I was travelling with someone in a wheelchair. However, we managed OK. The location is right in the heart of the North End, close to all the bars and retaurants but we were not bothered by any excessive noise. Nice coffee machine in the kitchen area which was replenished daily. The kitchen area is there more for aesthetic reasons than to actually use:- two ring hob, 4 mugs, 4 small plates, 3 glasses plus lots of empty cupboards (no pans or other cooking utensils). However, for us this was fine as we chose to eat out every day, but be aware that if you wish to cook your own meals you will need to bring utensils! Because of the great location it was more pricey than some other accomodations, but it is classy comfortable accomodation so I guess that overall it is good value for money.

While there were four of us staying there, only two chairs were available. Cooker and window ledges were dirty. Entry into and exit from the property were unclear and challenging - it’s not nice to navigate through a full restaurant to get in and out of where you are staying.

    Great Location

The apartment was clean and great for what we needed, had we been staying for longer it may have been too small but for a day or two it was fine for four adults. The fridge door broke while we were there but again as we were only there for one night and not really spending time in the room it didn't matter too much. Fantastic bathroom and considering the prices of hotels in the area it was really good value for money. My only issue was making contact before our trip, they didn't respond to any messages so I ended up having to call which isn't really convenient when in the UK. Other than that it was perfect for our needs. Would use again.

The property is very convenient for most of the sites in Boston. The suite was a good size. However, it was also dirty and a little rundown. The sofa was badly stained and the fridge in the living room was extremely noisy. The staircase to our room was very steep and narrow, not easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues.

    City accomodation

Well overpriced for what we got. The room we were given was right next to the air con system system. The noise was awful, barely slept the whole time we were there. Lack of dishes, cutlery, pots etc. No hand towels. Awful pillows. As someone else commented definitely just a money making exercise. Would not recommend.

Great for overnight stay in a great location

Great apartment for two couples for overnight stay. We arrived on a busy Saturday evening, checked in at the Bricco restaurant which was very busy, but the manager took time to help us round the corner to our rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom and shower area. The only slight drawbacks were that the rooms were over the restaurant which was noisy on arrival but it did become quiet and we slept well, and the tiny kitchen, sitting area, but we were only staying overnight and it was in a great location.

    Bricco Suites-Memorial Day weekend!

I would recommend to others and would stay again. It's a bit different (Pension style) than your normal stay---you check in at the hostess stand at the restaurant, which if you arrive at a busy time it's more complicated for them than for you the guest. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. Bedding was comfortable, and despite noise from the street and downstairs at the restaurant-we had no issues and had a great night's rest! The restaurants downstairs and Bricco are hopping! We ate from their Bakery, but had reservations out at other places-so unfortunately we didn't get to try them out, but they looked fabulous! Location is amazing-best in the area. Staff were all out of their way friendly, and though it was "advertised" and in the room notices that there is a "personal assistant" available 24/7 for you---we never saw, heard, or were introduced-and when I called the number it was a voice mail and never heard back. We weren't counting on anything-and knew our way around, but I'm not sure others should get their hopes up. Value was great (it's pricey per night, but way better than getting multiple rooms! we had the 2br). Only thing we'd recommend (and we asked, and were told they were "working on it" and would bring some up), were extra chairs or stools for the kitchen area-which only has 2, and we had 4 guests total. We weren't in much despite the rainy weather, but that would have given us a bit of an option. Overall, very good! Good pick!

Best North End Hotel - A couple shortcomings

The best location for the North End. Everything in the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods are walking distance. Room was nice, although the air conditioning wouldn't get the room any cooler than 77 degrees. Also, we did not experience any type of "personal assistant" as the hotel claims to provide. We tried calling the suites number through our rooms speed dial twice and there wasn't a person to answer. Besides those two somewhat disappointing things, we had a great time. Again, the location can not be beat if you want to be in the North End.

This is an incredible find..two beds one bath in the middle of the best dining in Boston! You may need to walk up some stairs but it is worth it. The staff at the restaurant could not have been nicer and check in was easy. There isn’t any parking, but you won’t need a car if you stay here. We will be back!
