Customer service at the front desk was great, she had a great personality to represent your company at first impression, the room was clean, but the shower had extremely low water pressure, you had to be directly under the shower head to wash yourself. Since it was already hours into being in the room, we did not want to change rooms since it was only one night. For it being a pet friendly hotel, it was quiet and very clean. For our room being “smoke free” our room completely smelt like cigarettes, yet it’s understandable to an extent because obviously others rooms are smoking rooms, even though ours was not it would have been a much better stay if the whole room didn’t smell like cigarettes.

This is Motel 6. It's nothing bad, but nothing outstanding. I knew what to expect. It was a bargain priced room. It was clean and efficient;, nothing fancy. If you are looking for a convenient location in Kissimmee, and you are not concerned about frills, this property is for you. It is actually quite large, and there are higher end units. So, keep that in mind, as well.

The room was small. Had an odd smell.. no fridge or microwave in the room.. it seemed like a lot of people lived in the hotel long term.. The room was never touched my housekeeping all week. We got our own bath towels from the front desk. Location is great the staff were friendly.

First off, the staff were absolutely incredible. Very friendly, happy to help. The motel on the other hand needed some work. It looked like the room had under gone a partial refresh recently but the bathroom area was still in major need of help. There was rust on the bathtub and the floor. There were another guests personal items that were left behind. It was also very busy, we arrived at about 1am and there were still a lot of guests out having a good time, so it was a little noisy. Now I understand you get what you pay for, and for one night it's a place to rest your head but would absolutely not recommend for any sort of long term stay.

We arrived early and I do thank the staff for allowing an early check-in. While I do believe the room was cleaned it smelled of smoke. Shower curtains and faucets were rusty and moldy. It was obvious some updates were made flooring and decor so perhaps they are in process of updating. The bathroom was horrible.

Smells moldy and the smell was unbearable. People are actually living in the motel so you will see a lot of small kids riding bikes. Very noisy. Front doors do not shut fully. Saw a dead roach in the bathroom and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The area felt sketchy and I couldn't wait to vacate.

I was there for 2 nights and for a very cost effective stay I definitely recommend. The rooms were very clean. Every corner dusted and not missed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't stress that enough. Every staff member I met was happy to help. Seemed to know everyone that was there for extended stay and every guest I spoke to over coffee was happy with the motel. That says a lot. The hotel is old and could use some fixture renovation in the shower/sink but everything worked if you figured out how to do it. This is more of an extended stay, as there is no daily service for towels/trash/etc. The lobby ran out of creamer Saturday for the coffee. It's definitely more of a 'bring what you need' establishment. But nothing that would interrupt a trip if you're on a budget. Pet friendly. I didn't bring mine, but saw dog walkers and cats in windows.
