No washers/dryers out of service 4 days now! NO TV
1) washers ,& dryers are broken and have not been fixed and I've been here like 4 days already. What a joke. 2) the tv keeps saying no signal. So the cable comes in & out. Don't attempt to watch a movie cuz it'll cut out while your in the middle beginning and end of it 50\\×

Don't expect early check in
Well if you need to check in before 3pm that isn't going to happen. We drive truck for a living and we work strange hours and don't have a sleeper in our truck so when we have to stop it's great to be able to check in early so for us this was very disappointing. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and told us that no rooms are cleaned until 3pm even though we watched rooms get cleaned. I will say the evening staff was much nicer. Just was very disappointed we had very little sleep then finally got in our room and there was someone above us that were like moving stuff all night long. It overall was a very negative experience. But the room was clean but had burn holes in the sheets. Wouldn't recommend this hotel not in a great area but on the plus side the police are always close by.
