Inkwazi - Stay Away.....
I suggest to Hotels.com to go a review this establishment as Inkwazi fails to deliver on it's promises. I would suggest that you remove this place off your list. I will never ever... ever again go there and I will advise any future guests to give it a miss as well.

Never Again
The staff was extremely friendly and that is all that is good about this place. The owner is never at the place which is falling apart at a very quick pace. Paint is falling from the roof in the bathroom, the bath tubs are not as promised on the website. NO WIFI available. The bedding is torn and full of holes. Definitely a NO for me! Will never even consider this place, not even at half price.

Disappointing Inkwazi Hotel - Not 4*
We booked an Executive Suite. Listed below is what is advertised at Inkwazi, hotels.com when booking but we actually didn't get: Internet Wi-Fi Free bottled water Jetted bath lounge patio iron/ironing board Restaurant ?? We booked Executive Suite but were given a room resembling a family room with an extra single bed and without couches which were shown in the photos on the Hotel.com website There is an exterior passage but numerous pigeons live here and you need to wade through excrement to access the room door. The hotel might have been rated 4* in 2010 but sadly has not been maintained to this standard. This status should be reviewed immediately. The manager is pleasant and doing the best she can with what seems to be limited resources & inexpert staff.
