Another good stay
Great place to stay. Air con a little noisy in room 1. I like this place as its smaller and private.

Overall our stay was good - didn’t like the blue towels; maybe white towels better or new blue towels as the ones we used were old - actually so too was the linen; ours was stained - for the price we paid tho our stay was good - cheapest cocktails in the country I have to say so that was a pleasant surprise - I would stay again just for cocktails

The Frangipani of Samoa
I love this hotel more than the high end ones in Apia which I have stayed at. The atmosphere and vibe is very relaxed. The rooms are spacious and relatively private. The staff are great. The food is ok. I tend to eat out. The staff are helpful.

We found that Le Manumea was the nicest accommodation choice in and around Apia...and at a very reasonable cost. The owner, Luna, is a charming lady who has succeeded in her ambition of creating a quiet, peaceful "home-like" atmosphere with comfort and taste. The rooms are spacious, well designed with screened louvre windows plus a powerful ceiling fan and we found we did not need to use the air conditioning. The restaurant menu has several choices of tasty dishes - again better than any other hotels we stayed at in and around Apia. I would choose to stay here again without doubt and highly recommend it to other travellers.

Glory days past
Staff were friendly and helpful, but it felt like the resort had seen better days. The place needs some upgrading and money put into linens, crockery and basic amenities. Le Manumea should have been buzzing over New Years eve period, but it was quiet and a bit sad. Add some Pacific music, lights and excitement and this place could be more eventful.

Underestimated little gem
My friend and I had a room each. We loved this place for a number of reasons. 1) The rooms are private with your own outdoor area with seating. 2) We had guests over to have drinks with us and the management were happy to accommodate making our quests welcome and not chasing them away. They stayed late and we partied without infringing on other guests. The rooms are situated to allow this without blasting your speaker too loudly. 3) The rooms were well serviced, special mention to Siliva who was the best at servicing our rooms. 4) The management were welcoming and friendly. This is like 4 star but it makes up for it by far with the little things. I pay to stay here than waste money being at many of the other resorts. WELL DONE LE MANUMEA - LUNA ...YOU AND THE TEAM ARE AWESOME...Much Alofas to you all...xx

A little tired
We had a very relaxing & enjoyable holiday. The hotel is a little "tired" and needs a spruce up to come up to a better standard. While we didn't worry about it, our TV & air conditioning didn't work; one of the bedside wall plugs was broken & wouldn't accept a 3 point plug. The shower heat/cold was very erratic & almost always ended with a cold shower. The bracket on the fridge door was missing. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was kept clean with the daily service. All the staff were very polite and tried hard to meet our needs. The only minor downside was that table service was often quite slow.
