Thousand Oaks is a nice town but this motel is the worst part of it. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money and get a room where the beds are comfortable, the sheets are clean and the door locks.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Very unfriendly and rude staff. But the room is clean. The direct area for some reason seems sketchy I think because people sort of live there but the actual area at other hotels is normally very nice.

Mandy is always the best at check in. The room was clean and cozy. The housekeeping staff was great, too. No ice machine but poo-poo happens. I love this Motel 6!!

Mandy and the check in staff were awesome!! The housekeeping staff was great! The room was clean & cozy. The only real draw back was the ice machine was out of service. I stay here often and will continue to do so with the service and cleanliness like this.

The room was very clean and cozy. The staff, especially Mandy and the front desk staff, were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. The washers and dryers are new and work great. I hope they fix the ice machine soon.

Quick and easy check in. Room was adequate for my one night stay. I liked there was a refrigerator in the room. Great water pressure. Quiet considering it was fully booked.

The property was nice and it felt pretty safe. However, the front desk staff was horrible and the only ice machine was out of order. From the look of the sign, it looks like it has been broken for a long time.

Room was clean and shower was great. A little noisy outside late at night but it was a holiday weekend. The one and only ice machine was broken which was a little frustrating but all-in-all our stay was pleasant and the price was right.
