Hotel Casona de Usaquén
Love it
This hotel is like a boutique or Bed and Breakfast hotel. I think it has only 10 rooms. Staff are great and they are always willing to help. Breakfast is always on time and they have options. I was happy with their breakfast which can be served at the restaurant or delivered to your room. It has a great location! Walking distance to the mall (hacienda Santa Barbara, which has stores, supermarket , movie teather and restaurants), to the Fundacion santa Fe hospital, 2 blocks away to the main avenue, surrounded by all kind of restaurants, bars, lounges and cafes. There is a handcraft bazaar taking place all weekends and with a very colonial feeling (some streets are still in stones with a main court place and a church). Cons: maybe be a little bit noisy and the power of the water for shower and toilet is a little bit low; but in general and for the price, location and service; I give a 10 out of 10 to this hotel. Love it !

Best bargain in Usaquen
Excellent stay. Super nice staff (especially David!). They actually bring you breakfast in bed at no extra charge! Bed is comfortable, location is terrific, safe neighborhood. They even let me use the microwave one night. Shower is really nice, but the water pressure is meh. Caveat: -1 star for the fact that they charged me an extra 90,000 COP for having an extra person the first night (equal to the price of one person for the night; a charge that was not outlined ahead of time even though a double room was booked and paid for). Highly recommended. Note: very little English spoken here.

Nice little place. Very well located.
The hotel is very well located. Just 2 blocks away from Hacienda Santa Barbara and surrounded by nice restaurants, bars and stores. The hotel is very nice. It is an old house, very colonial and well maintained. Breakfast is just OK. It is great that is included and of course, it works! They even bring it to you room, but they should have more variety. Like at least 2 different type of fruits a day, and maybe a selection of breads. I think that also offering a little coffee, tea or herbs water when you arrive to the hotel as complementary would be a perk. About the complains for the showers and the water, we did not have that problem. Showers were perfect. There is a little ongoing noise for the water bomb, but you can easy live with it. I enjoyed the place and I would be back.
