Everything with the hotel and staff was fine... However I left a value item in the safe when I left and called the next day to ask about it. apparently nothing was found:/

Good hotel
The staff were very efficient and helpful but not over welcoming so this depends on how familiar you like to be with people. Good location though surrounded with love hotels but did not feel threatening at all. Near Higashi-Shinjuku this provides you with a good base of operations. Room was a good size and clean and the bathroom was wonderful! Overall a very pleasant stay.

Fair4.0
Poor customer service and tiny rooms
The pictures for this hotel do not reflect how small the rooms actually are. You have no space at all especially if 2 people are sharing a double room. I got to the hotel around 10.00am but the check in was 3pm. The staff offered me to check in early but were charging a additional night's stay. Complete rip off to not even offer a courtesy check in after the cleaners clean the rooms round 12.00noon. The worst part about this hotel were the staff and how rude they actually were. I was shocked how they spoke to customer considering how polite people in general are in Japan.
