My stay
Hotel is absolutely beautiful the best hotel I have stayed in, rooms were amazing, clean and large. Parking was great. Cocktails amazing and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was the food in the restaurant very expensive and not overwhelming

Titanic - One night stay
One night away - the room card machine was not working on arrival and car park was full with cars parked all over the place. The bar service (during the day) was poor. Receptionists were excellent. The rooms and hotel decor was excellent.

Lacking a personal touch
The hotel is stunning but sadly lacking a personal touch! The staff wasn’t very accommodating and did nothing special for my friends birthday, when asked if they could provide anything a little more special, it was a very blunt no response. I wasn’t asking for something free just something to make my friends birthday a little more special. Also I have to say I think it’s a little cheap when you’re staying at the hotel you have to pay £20 for access to the pool. Overall it’s a lovely hotel but sadly lacking with the personal caring touch. I don’t think I would return or recommend.
