Very nice bur difficult acess
The location is superb with wonderfull veavy of the caldera the inner suite is wonderfull but to acess the suite you have to go down and than up 52 steep stairs and if we knew it before we had to hesitate order of this item

Location was amazing! Right in the action. Walk to everything. View was incredible. No need to fight crowds for sunset views! Sit on your own patio! Staff very helpful. (Steep steps down)

Great Views
Huge room, great views & customer service. 5-7 minutes to bus station. Right in fira town. Not easy to get to property or any hotel in this area. The taxi will drop you down and you need to walk up the street. Then you need to descend about 12 steps to reception. My advise is to travel light or ask the property whether they'll meet you down the street and help you with the luggage.

Spectacular Views and Top Class Team
Very large, clean suite with a giant bathroom. The views are as advertised. Fantastic location. The porter and cleaning team are extremely friendly and helpful and deserve a special mention. The balconies are on a shared walkway - we were on the top level which also housed the reception office so there was more foot traffic than you would hope for. This isn't the hotel's fault - there is a restaurant above the top level of suites (there are two suites on this level). There was significant banging of furniture at night (one night it was at 4am). The four suites below would have escaped this noise (maybe make a point of requesting one of these). Basic television channels are very limited.
