Fabulous staff, comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Tram stop is right outside the hotel for a quick 10 minute ride to old town where all the Christmas markets are. Wonderful breakfast buffet and convenient luggage storage if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is an ibis so not great interior design for rooms. A little strange to find fish wall paper in the rooms in Strasbourg. Overall ok however fine for visiting the city as a tourist.

Perfect quiet location, parking at a great price

Perfect for both business and a short break. I had the simplest room, which was more than adequate for my 2 night stay. Theres easy access underground parking, good continental breakfast and a tram stop bang outside which is 15min to the city centre. For the price, you wont find better. The young man with long hair working reception/bar was extremely helpful.

The receptionist was very welcoming, kind and professional. After a long day of driving we had a late arrival and were tired. We were met with a genuine smile and the check-in was fast. Excellent customer service.

Short overnight stay. Staff very nice - got us extra pillows. No kettle and room (free water and kettle in reception though) quite small but fine for short stay. Tram stop outside hotel so handy for city centre - about 15 mins. Breakfast really good. Underground safe parking

Overall nice convenient location. Parking is available follow the signs and don’t park in the residence parking since it is shared with the hotel parking. Parking spots are available, but are small if you have a big vehicle and can easily scratch up the car. Breakfast was good especially the croissant. Property is very close to the train station and it was a smooth ride to the city of Strasbourg. Overall the hotel was great and we recommend a stay here.

Ibis Hotels are very basic/3 times & never again.

The check-in was warm & friendly. The female clerk was very helpful with directions to the shopping mall & the river boat the next morning. The bed was comfortable, maybe a little on the too firm side. The restaurant had a limited menu, so we ate elsewhere. The breakfast buffet was included, which was a surprise, & would have been excellent, had they put the hot scrambled eggs & sausage with the rest of the food instead of on a desk near the check-in or if a sign directed us there. We needed to iron clothes for the river cruise, & while they did provide an iron upon request, they did not have an ironing board.Gee, how much would that cost. Most hotels have one in every room.

La chambre était impeccable et particulièrement calme. Nous avons apprécié qu’il y ait un garage dans cet hôtel. Le seul point négatif est la difficulté de circulation dans la salle du petit déjeuner où il est difficile d’accéder au buffet ou aux machines à café….et il n’y a pas de yaourts ! Rien de grave et nous retournerons régulièrement dans cet établissement.

Quarto pequeno, porem limpo e confortável. Banheiro de tamanho excelente. Hotel praticamente em frente a estação de tram, que vai pra estação central ou para o centro da cidade. Café da manha excelente! Agua a vontade, chas e vinho quente na recepção. Equipe muito prestativa.. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza!
