      Hotel was nice but in a more deprived area of Washington. Two out of the three lifts were broken for our full 4 day duration, whilst I appreciate that unforeseen events happen, being on the 12th floor and waiting 15 mins to 30 mins for a lift at peak times impacted on the enjoyment of our stay. An offer of compensation or refund should have been considered. Breakfast seating was horrendous regardless of the time you went, we had to stand in the middle of the floor to eat breakfast on the Sunday morning of our stay. Disappointed, given that I know how good Hyatt hotels can be.

      The disappointment started when we had no clue where we could park. Couldn’t find any info on the website, and what ended up being valet looked like a 2 car loading area. There was no one outside to assist, so we had to call to clarify while driving around the block multiple times. The next thing that greeted us was several hairs (pubic mostly) and mildew in the shower. We also had to run the water for over 10 minutes for it to heat up enough to be a tolerable temperature. Even the little things didn’t make sense...like the faucet was placed so far back you couldn’t wash your hands without running water onto (not into) the sink. Definitely unimpressed and will not be going back!

      Good for what we needed. Location, Clean, Comfort.

      It was fine for one night. The bathroom door latch was broken, the sink drain was very slow, shower pressure very low, water never got hot and the mirror was damaged. If I were staying longer than 9 hours, I would have asked for a new room. The beds were comfortable and the location is very convenient, if a bit noisy right on a major road.
