Loud construction work, rude unhelpful staff. beds weren't very comfortable. They gave me the wrong kind of room both nights.

Very Dissatisfied With Entire Experience
We got to motel, lobby had 2 space heaters and construction supplies everywhere. Missing ceiling tiles etc. Waited 15 minutes before anyone came to front desk to wait on us. Apparently motel had been closed for a week due to pipes freezing and water damage. No one ever contacted us to let us know this ahead of time. I figured they would give us room on a floor without construction going on so thought I’d at least give them a chance under the circumstances. Got checked in on first floor with all damage went on. Hallway was a mess & dirty. Went into room, although you can tell they tried to clean, it smelled musty, no shower curtain etc. Went back to front desk to see if we could get different floor. Was told all other floors were closed to guests. I immediately asked for a refund and left. They should have never opened back up until repairs done and Motel 6 or Hotels.com should have notified me before we got there. Had to find another hotel to stay at the last minute and pay double the price.

Its a port in a storm and thats all .
2 rooms down from mine the door was padlocked shut and obviously was kicked in at somepoint , the 2nd floor where i was staying was 85 + degrees as was my room with zero way to cool it other than an open window all night next to a major roadway and on the mechanicals side of the building. Even with my heat set to Off the room would still climb in temp once the window was closed. Also not a day time sleep friendly hotel , if you worl nights skip this place , not courteous at all to day sleepers.

Simple
If you are looking for a very basic place to lay your head down, then this should work for you. Remember to bring extra pillows, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.oh and slippers, because the floor is not carpeted. I love that they are pet friendly. This was just a one night stay to bring my daughter back to school. It is close to many restaurants and stores and was a quick drive to UNH.
