The service was outstanding. People were honest, kind and willing to help in any way. I felt safe there. The food is known (and was) very good and very clean - SAFE with no sickness at all. The cleanliness standards for India is different from the US - and by Indian standards, it was a quite clean hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

我透過Hotels.com訂了今年1月1日,共6晚Hotel Sujata的雙人房連早餐,並用信用卡付了全費。抵達後,我們出示Hotels.Com的voucher,該酒店經理卻拒絕我們的入住,堅持要我們再以現金付全費才讓我們入住,我們萬分驚訝,跟他理論但仍拒絕讓我們入住。 糾纏了個多小時,酒店經理應承我們的退款要求,並寫了一封信給我們,叫我們跟Hotels.Com聯絡安排取消及退款事宜。我們人生路不熟,十分慌張,急忙找尋另一間酒店並入住,隨即致電給Hotels.Com作投訴及退款要求。 Hotels.Com的職員聯絡該酒店,但該經理卻反口,叫我們立即入住,是他趕我們走的,說可以退款,但當我們在別間酒店check in後投訴他 ,卻反囗叫我們即時入住,實在荒謬離譜,反口覆舌,存心欺騙,令人髮指! 到現在事隔二十多天了,申請退款事宜仍在處理中,獲悉該酒店一直拖延沒有回復Hotels.Com。特此分享將此次痛苦經驗,希望其他旅客引以為鑑,以免再受同一折磨。

Ich war alleine im DZ. Das Zimmer war recht klein, geschätzte 12 qm. Es hatte KEIN Fenster! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei weitem nicht. Das Frühstück fiel sehr mager aus.
