The room it self wasn't bad. My husband and I issue was not having heat in our room. We had to talk to someone twice about the problem someone from maintenance finally came, and fixed the issue.

The bathroom was so cold you could not open the door. None of the maid service check to see if you needed fresh towels or anything doing our entire stay. We were there 3 days. We understand limits but you can't swap the towels out.
