Not much to say, only stayed one night. Nice room, great shower, staff professional. Clean enough though not immaculate.

Wee piece of comfort in Edinburgh.

Wedding Anniversary
We were celebrating our 50th wedding and obviously wanted it to be a memorable experience. So the hotel was always going to be critical and we were not disappointed. From our arrival to our departure we were treated with respect and courtesy. Our room was superb - we liked everything about it particularly the spacious and luxurious bathroom. The location couldn’t have been better - we were within a short distance of Princess Street and Rose Street. Leith Walk with regular buses to Leith was just beside us. Thanks Hotel 11 for everything.

Beautiful Georgian suite
We stayed here for our anniversary in the Georgian Suite. It's a nice location, just on the edge of town so it's a little walk into town but the bonus is that it's quiet, no traffic noise etc. The breakfast was very good, there was a choice of fresh fruit, granola, pastries or a cooked breakfast. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was lovely, the bed was huge and there was a great free standing bath. We had a lovely time.
