Good small touches would make it excellent
Good location to the city quiet at night .friendly staff. I would of liked a choice of fresh fruit and cereal for breakfast and if we had better quality juice and Jams it would of made all the difference for such a small change

Lovely hotel with impressive room. Just needs more attention to detail. I stay away for work in hotels 2/3 times a week, this trip was a family holiday. Lovely looking room with the wow factor, however some minor irritations. There were 3 of us, but only 2cups/glasses and only one packet of biscuits. Which were just cheap biscuits on a hotel if this standard why on Scottish shortbread. Hole is duvet cover, got it changed for one with more holes in!. One pillow had dirty edges. The bathroom bath (ceramic), had filthy water, could not see to the bottom, they hit a plumber no difference. Luckily we had copper bath in bedroom which was perfect.
