Horrible RATS
The only thing this hotel as going for it is the location. The food is horrible. The service in the restaurant was non excident. I has to ask every day to get my room made up. The girl doing the rooms was asking me for a tip every day. And the icing on the cake was that over the last few days I had £540 stolen from the safe. It had to be an hotel employee because there was no sign of a break in. The safe was locked. Inside the safe was my mobile phone. Tablet. Passport and my wallet with my English money. And they were so kind they only stole half of the money. And nothing else. I didn't check my wallet until the last night. They would not call the police and the security guard was just laughing at me. And I am sure I know who stole the money. A very friendly young man by the name of DANNY. But he has 2 sides to him. Very sneaky young man. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are lots of rats running around outside and I saw some go in the kitchen area. But there are even bigger RATS working in the hotel.

Great location, friendly service
Stayed here for a week. Great location for the beach and easy to walk to Bangla Rd for all the party action. Hotel is clean, although we did have 3 cockroaches in our room. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. We didn’t have windows in the room which was a bit disorientating. The AC unit was quite noisy and the rooms are not well sound proofed - coupled with inconsiderate neighbours led to disturbed sleep. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold foods. The jacuzzi and sauna on the top floor was under-used, which was fine for us, as was the wonderful roof top pool in the loft building - highly recommend a visit. The guy in reception selling tours at 50% discount is worth a visit as well, great selection, no hard sell and he can get you a taxi to the airport 200THB cheaper than the hotel.

Shameful, dirty, not like pictures
This hotel is a joke. The pictures are incredibly misleading, there is no pool you've got to walk to another hotel nearby. They were no window in room unlike shown on picture. Staff at reception were incredibly rude and arrogant. No lift to go to the room and nobody willing to help with suitcases, wifi wasn't working in room. Room next to a generator which was extremely loud and produced heat. Room was dirty, cockroaches and mosquitos everywhere. The breakfast was disgusting, powder type orange juice, industrial croissants but that's nothing compares to what happened, in fact, the glass in which they had put the jam was so thin it broke when I put the spoon back on it, instead of throwing the whole jam which had a lot of small pieces of glass inside, the lady "cleaned up" the pieces of glass, removed the first layer of jam and transfer the rest of the jam in another glass to be serve to other customers there was a serious health and safety issue I'm appalled. We left and went to the hotel next door, cheaper price and fabulous. DO NOT BOOK HERE you'll regret it.
