Great place to stay in Reykjavik
The room was very comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent - particularly for accessing tour buses and a variety 0f nice restaurants. The hotel provides a mobile device for communication with the reception desk (no land line) and for checking out things locally with unlimited access. Rather unique ... The staff was generally great, but the person who checked me in was quite unexpectedly gruff.

Great location
Great location in the centre of Reykjavik, on the Main Street with restaurants, bars and a supermarket close by. Close to some of the main bus stops to pick up tours and around 15 minutes walk to the main bus station for buses to/from the airport. Our room was a bit small but we hardly spent any time in it. Nice little sauna too if you have time

Great stay - lovely hotel. However disappointed with the communication regarding a plug adaptor that was left in the room. We know for certain that it was left plugged in the wall - but after multiple calls to the hotel and being told we would be called back - it was never resolved. So unfortunately it was never resolved.

This hotel was great. Great location, on the main street, a nice boutique feel and close to all the shops, cafe's, etc. Overall staff was very friendly and very helpfull. We loved our stay.
