This hotel, staff, location, food and service has to bed one off the best in London. Chilled and yet super efficient we loved its quirky charm. The interiors are to dye for! Expensive but worth every penny. The best experience for my husbands birthday which they made very special.

Last minute bank holiday weekend trip so decided to treat the wife and what a treat it was. Hotel was stunning, I have been before for lunch but never stayed. Cant realy get more central to the west end and everything you need is on your door step. Will definately be staying again.

Fantastic and really relaxing- we arrived early as we were going to theatre, but we were able to check in to our room and the receptionist informed us we had been upgraded. It was a fantastic room, very quiet and spacious with a huge bed- we also had a bottle of champagne as a gift in our room- for a relaxing weekend city break this was perfect!!!

Excellent central London location in a stylish hotel with beautiful decor. However for the price paid I’d have expected a television in the room that didn’t have a consistently poor/intermittent signal and would also have hoped for a kettle with coffee and tea making facilities - surprisingly absent despite the very well stocked mini-bar.
