Usually, I'm an idle review writer but this time I managed to plan a time to come and write as we had the most amazing experience at Edgar Townhouse in Bath. I came to visit Bath with my mom. We stayed 4 nights.
1. Team here is amazing. Debbie was our host and she probably is one of the nicest humans on our planet. Gave us the best advice for city visits, made sure we are comfortable in our room, and treated us like good friends. Helped me and prepared our breakfast for the day when we had to skip included breakfast because of the early departure to Cotswold.
2. Location is amazing - Famous Great Pulteney Street. We were staying just in the heart of Bath's rich history, right next to places where Napoleon III and Jane Austen stayed when in Bath. You can see Lady Danburys house from the Netflix Bridgerton series at the end of the street.
3. Hotel had a Georgian period home vibe with a modern twist. Some original details are well preserved and great decorations and ornaments. We enjoyed our room, breakfast room, and saloon with a magnificent view of the manor on the hill.
4. We had room service each day, a spacious room with enough space, Tea/coffee-making facilities, a bathroom shower, comfortable beds, and street-view windows with amazing old wooden blinds.
5. Excellent breakfasts were included in our stay. Not only fruits, yogurt, and cereals but also a menu with classical and modern breakfast options to choose from. Definitely worth it.
