Very good 8.0
Good stay for a family of 5
Overall, it is good value for money. OK place to stay in Tokyo for a family. We were traveling with the kids so got a private room which was very spacious so we give points for that. Is walking distance from the train station and easy to find. There are nice ramen restaurants, sushi bars and convenience stores right around the corner. However, traveling with kids, we would reconsider staying here as it turned out to be close to the National museum and a park but far from the centre -we definitely underestimated the traveling time. If we come back we’d probably look to stay in other neighbourhoods with more action such as Ueno or Asakusa. Also, the floor of the room was dirty (our socks turned grey whilst walking in the room) and internet in the room never worked although the staff tried to help.

Exceptional 10.0
Very spacious hostel!
The room I slept in was really spacious and it gave me the feeling that I still have the privacy that I wanted. The lobby/reception/common area as well as kitchen area are also very wide. The rooms/bathrooms/kitchen/toilet are very clean and they also use air spray to keep the smell of the rooms fragrant. The staff members are very helpful. Yama chan (one of the staff members - attractive and has a very cute voice) was kind enough to find me a bus from Tokyo to Nagoya at the time and day I prefer for I couldn't find any from my searches. She, along with the other staff member, printed out the bus ticket (for free) and delivered it to me at the common area where I was. That was very generous of them. The staff can also recommend interesting places where to go and are very knowledgeable about Tokyo, just ask them a question and you'll be amazed. It would be more efficient to ask them than to search on the internet! Location is a few minutes away from one JR-Yamanote station and/or one subway station. Therefore, it is very accessible where you will come from or where to go. There is a convenience store very close to it and there are numerous local shops around the area. Thank you for the nice stay. I will sure be staying here again if ever I go back to Tokyo!

Very good 8.0
Friendly staff and welcoming environment.
The hostel is clean and well managed. Facilities are good for a comfortable stay. Just the dom's door makes quite a large noise when it closes. It is rather disturbing at night whenever people come in and out. Wifi in the room does not work (not sure if it is location problem) but lobby and kitchen have good connections.

Good 6.0
I am quite disappointed for this hostel. When I booked a Shared Female Dormitory, I did not expect I have to share bathroom with men. All Female, Men and Mix Dormitory are on the same floor sharing only 2 bathing room which is clearly not enough. And the staff started cleaning from around 9am despite the check-out time is 10am. I feel really uncomfortable when a male staff walked into the female toilet when I was brushing my teeth and he even did not say anything such as "Excuse me" or "sorry" before came in. He just came in and start washing towers next to me. I understand hostel is about casual and no service, but at least I request some basic manners which is why I will not choose this and their other hostels next time.

Exceptional 10.0
Nice and clean space with cool staff.
The hostel was very nice and clean. All the facilities and rooms were well kept and clean. The staff were also very nice and cool people. The room I stayed in was spacious and very clean. One thing to say is that this is not a partying hostel. Everyone goes to sleep at night and the lobby is definitely not for late night drinking. With that said, I would still recommend this place to anyone going to Tokyo.
