The property is 300 meter away from the main hotel! There is no lift: limited parking spaces The rooms are small ( In my room 211 the room is smelly as it is an old building further more the TV wasn’t working there is no phone in the rooms to contact the reception .
Check in is at the hotel down the street which was fine. Parking is hit or miss but we were lucky enough to find a spot in front of the hotel when we came back later that night. Breakfast was good and included which was nice. The room was ok, two big beds which was nice but it was just one big room and the bathroom was just a toilet and tub/shower covered by curtains but the curtains didn't cover anything else so there was no privacy and nowhere to change discreetly. I wouldn't normally care but I came with a friend of the opposite sex that I wasn't comfortable changing in front of. It would have been nice to know that's what the bathroom was like.
Nice quiet area. Due to corona there aren’t many options for breakfast but it was ok
Location is very good, no elevator but it is OK. Breakfast is good.
Very small room no kettle in room we had to buy one for a cuppa. Bed was comfy and riom was warm. Didnt like the fact breakfast was in a different hotel. Arkadia is not a hotel there is no facilities or reception desk
The stay at Hotel Arkadia was very good. Very clean, nice breakfast. Enough free coffee and tea for the thirsty. You don't get that anywhere!
Very dirty room, super small bathroom, no elevator to the second floor
Check-in is at a different location than the hotel (5 minute walk). Room was not even 1/2 the size of the room pictured. Noisy from front door and hallway. WiFi did not work, reported to the desk and not fixed. Blood and mucus on the walls.
Not much positive to say about this hotel. Staff and managers were unaccomodating and cold. If you're allergic to feathers you're out of luck because every single pillow in the hotel is feather so you'll either need to bring your own from home, purchase one or sleep on your clothes (like I had to). The wifi is weak and drops out every 5 seconds, making it near imposssible to use. The only positives about the hotel is the free breakfast, it was warm and I had a roof over my head.
Worst place ever stayed in will never ever go there agian and Will recommend NO ONE TO GO there
