Hotel was in perfect location, near beach and mainroad! Still peacefull street, only mosque was right next to hotel making sound 5 times/day really loudly. Staff was so kind, helpfull :) Rooms were okay, balcony quite small but considering the price defenetly worth it! Foods were delish, lunch maybe not so great but food is food, and again the price!! Beachbar doesnt exist, and you dont get sunbeds cheaper on beach n:o 3, but at least beach is close! All inc. drinks are only available untill 21.30 so thats a loooooong minus, but se setteled. Wouldnt go again but defenetly had a good holiday in the hotel.

Ok is the only way to describe this hotel. Elevator is tiny and not worth waiting for so we always took the stairs. Rooms are not cleaned daily and pool area is very small. Location is great so honestly book only if you’re looking for a place to sleep. Don’t expect to chill at the hotel.

There was a significant amount of damage in the rooms, the walls, shower, mirrors. Much of it was slightly broken. The daily cleaning was extremely minimal as well. Not the best sound isolation either. Very slow elevators with long waits for the reception.

Worst hotel ever :(

This hotel is the worst I have ever been in! I had booked 3 weeks here and one week I had corona and was put in quarantine in my room. The workers at the hotel did not even once call me if I need something in the room, water or something. If I asked for somethings, I had to call maybe 3 times the reception. Sometimes they just said: yes I fix this, and never fixed what they promise. I asked for towels, change sheets and water or breakfast, so needed to call many times in order to get help. One girl in reception try to help me a bit, but the service overall in this hotel was the worst I have ever seen. They did not clean the room and the bathroom well, and I did not get enough of towels to the room. Balconies are also very boring, so high wall that when you sit down you don´t see anything, just the sky.The breakfast was on the topfloor, and was so hot inside there because they did not use the AC there. I never need to argue with hotels, but this was so bad, and I would advise to not book this hotel. Any hotel is better than this one. Last thing, there is 2 elevators in the hotel, and they are supersmall and nasty. Sorry 3 weeks spent here.

When we checked in, we was given no information. The receptionist told us to “go look” at the information board with no explanation. There was bugs in our all inclusive food, it really disgust me and my friend. The staffs were rude, the bar staff was very rude. He would tell me to wait 5-10 minutes so he can go on a cigarette break. It is very understaffed so they all look like they don’t have skills in customer service at all. The bed position was very questionable for two single beds, I had to break my neck when I want to talk to my friend. The cleaner was very rude, it would have been helpful if they knew little bit of English. It was very hard to communicate with them when I confronted them about my missing towel after they cleaned my room. The selective drinks are red wine, white wine and vodka. Surely if it was an all inclusive hotel there wouldn’t be selective drinks. Having to use the lift is very frustrating, there is only 2 lifts that can only fit 2 people in per time. There would always be an issue with the lift, one wouldn’t work mostly every day. Overall my review on this hotel is that I suggest you don’t book it with this hotel, the service and accommodation is terrible and disgusting

Da vi ankommer til hotellet og får vores værelse, opdager vi med det samme, at der er mug på både sengene og sengetøjet. Det var virkelig klamt og meget ubehageligt at opdage, især fordi det er et sted, hvor man forventer, at der er rent og hygiejnisk. Derudover lugtede der voldsomt meget af kloak på værelset – faktisk konstant, 24/7. Lugten var så kraftig, at det var svært at opholde sig på værelset uden at bemærke den. Vi havde selvfølgelig forventet, at værelset var rent, friskt og i ordentlig hygiejnisk stand ved ankomst. Det levede værelset på ingen måde op til, og det var ikke en acceptabel standard for et hotelværelse. Det påvirkede vores ophold og ferie betydeligt, da vi ikke følte os trygge eller tilpas på værelset. Det er meget frustrerende at betale for en ferie og derefter blive mødt af mug på sengen og en konstant kraftig kloaklugt.

Otel hayatımda gittiğim en kötü en kirli en vasat Hotel’di, odalar lağım kokuyordu, beş günün sonunda odayı temizletebilmek için temizlikçiye yalvarmamız gerekti, havuzda yaşlı bir erkek görevli vardı, kadın turistlere içecek götürüyordu, ona biz de alabilir miyiz diye sorduğumda, benim erkeklerle ne işim olur sizinle muhatap bile olmam ben sadece kadınlarla ilgileniyorum dedi ve 70 küsür yaşında, havuzun çevresindeki pis çamurlu suları paspasla tekrar havuzun içerisine atıyordu, sert agresif ve düşmanca tavırları vardı, bir haftada 5 kg verdim, normalde yemek seçmem ama bütün yemekler berbattı, otelin tek iyi yanı melahat abla diye bir sorumlu vardı, oteldeki tek güler yüzlü kadın o ve resepsiyondaki zayıf uzun genç ablamız dı, geri kalan her şey çok vasat, üzerine para bile verseler bir daha asla gitmeyeceğim bir otel. Tatilimi öyle bir yerde geçirdiğim için kendime çok kızgınım.

Odalar daha temiz olabilir. 3. günde resepsiyondaki genç adam olan görevli çok nazikti . Yaşı genç olmasına rağmen müşterilerilerle nasıl konuşması gerektiğini iyi biliyordu. Güler yüzlü olması da iyiydi. Odalar daha temiz olabilirdi. Açık büfe kısmı güzeldi. Özellikle tatlıları çok güzeldi. Açık büfedeki görevlilerin hepsi çok nazik, güler yüzlü ve çalışkanlardı. Çok memnun kaldım hizmetlerinden. Öndeki havuzları küçük ama böyle sevenler için iyi. Arka taraftaki havuzlar daha büyük sevenler için güzel. Bu arada giriş çıkış saatine dikkat etmek gerekir. 12:30 giriş değil Check-out saatiymiş. Saat 14:00 Check-in saati. Bu saatte odalara giriş yapılıyor. Gelenlerin bilgisi olsun ki mağdur olmasınlar bu konuda. Bu konuda sitelere de açıkça yazılsa daha iyi olur aslında.

Kahvaltı berbat, öğle akşam yemekleri aç kalmamak için yenebilir seviyede. Tatlılar iyi, mezeler/soğuklar fena değil.Havuz çok küçük ve düzgün güneş görmüyor. Beachte şezlong şemsiye vs leri yok. Anlaştıkları beach yok. 6 gecede bir kez odamızı temizlediler. Bina eski yer yer köhne. Havuz başında 75 yaşında bir adam var, misafirlere pervasızca bağırıyor. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Personel güleryüzlü. Yetkililer şikayetlerinizi dinliyor ama bir şey yapmıyor ya da yapamıyor. Keşke aynı konumlarda temiz bakımlı bir apart odası kiralayıp yemeklerimizi dışarıda yeseydik diye düşündük.

De kunne ikke finde min bestilling, så måtte hente frem på mobilen, havde allerede betalt hjemmefra, for 10 dage. Comfortværelse, hmmm, lille bitte og dobbeltseng lille bitte. Rengøring mangelfuld, de redte da sengen, men måske de skulle have skifte sengetøjet. Som dagene nærmede sig sæsonafslutning, blev morgenbuffen kedeligere og intet brød. Havde købt All Incl, men spiste der kun 2 gange, det så ikke lækkert ud. "Tjenerne", burde få et kursus i opførsel. 3 dage før jeg skulle hjem pillede de gulvtæppet af i gangen, så der var nivea forskel og meget glat. Billederne på nettet snyder....

Hotellin hintalaatu suhde oli kohdallaan. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huomio hienosti meidän 9 vuotiaan tyttären. Huone tilava meille kolmelle ja sängyt tosi hyvät. Vuodevaatteet ei ehkä uusittu viime vuosina mutta olivat kuitenkin puhtaat ja koska arvostan kestävää kulutusta ei tämä haitannut yhtään. Ruoka oli jokapäivä riittävästi ja paljon erilaatuja. Ruoka mielestämme hyvää keskitasoa niinkuin yleensäkin all inclusive hotelleissa on, erittäin hyvät salaatit ja laaja jälkiruokapöytä. Sijainti aivan loistava, helppo kulkea minne vain hotellilta.
