Did the job...
I needed a well located hotel to put my head down. This fitted the bill, however since these are described as Hotel apartments you have the advantage of basic self-catering (microwave fridge and kettle though no provisions) and facilities as a hotel - (reception, simple good buffet breakfast, towel-changing, TV, cleaning etc). I don't think my room had been in continuous use as the first issue was the shower - the knob was solid so I was unable to lift it to change from the bath or shower. I reported it on the Saturday, then the Sunday and it was repaired on the Monday. It was cold at night and the air conditioner was not heating the room though it was set to 30% heat! Air wasn't warm so I was offered a sun-facing room but opted for another quilt which allowed me to sleep better. My room was at the side of the building and it was fairly quiet though the main road in front can be busy and noisy. Parking was available on this side road, either covered under the building or along in the open.side. Drawbacks - there were no tea towels to dry your cups etc, nor wiping clothes for the surfaces, which seemed odd. The cupboards were well stocked with pots so I could have eaten there more but wouldn't have been able to dry them! I stayed nearly 2 weeks and was pleased with the free in-room wi-fi. Codes are per week and per device) so you need to re-log in if you stay more that a week. The free reception and foyer wi-fi was good for phones. Stay good, not exceptional. .

Exceptional 10.0
Very good price and quality ratio!
Hotel was well located, looks relatively new and nice. Room was spacious. Asked for a double bed but got 2 singles side by side so this was perhaps the biggest negative. We enjoyed very much the pool area - 2 large pools and also one smaller shallow children pool. Some palm trees, some greenery. Basically every moment of the day it was possible to find both a shade or sunshine by the pool. Water in pool was so warm (end of July - beginning of August) so you could spend hours in there. Breakfast was ok, nothing too special, not too much choices but still was ok. Coffee machine used nescafe one but this is pretty common in these countries. The Lighthouse Beach was in walking distance from hotel, nice for a quick swim. But for a longer beach day I recommend to take a bus 615 to Coral Bay. Also in walking distance is a Kings Avenue Mall - a nice getaway from the sun for shopping or just to get some food and drinks. Next to food store in Kings Avenue Mall was a store Jumbo - it had wide selection of beach accessories, swimming stuff, toys etc - so if you left something like that behind you get it from here for very cheap prices.

Fair 4.0
I paid Expedia in full for the room when I made the booking. When I went to check in, I was told I had to pay. I advised I prepaid and the receptionist told me that my card was only used to guarantee the room. I showed her my reservation and again I was told no I needed to pay. When I check my statement I have been charged twice for the room. I'm quite angry about this and the issue is still not resolved as the hotel has ignored my email so far. Also there was no hot water to shower in the morning. I was leaving at 5am to catch a flight. The water was freezing so therefore could not shower. I told reception and was rudely told there was nothing they could do about this. Shocking to say the least and a care free attitude. When booking a 3 star hotel, hot water is kind of expected. It would appear I was wrong. Won't be back. Lack of communication, charging me for a room that was already paid for and bad attitude.

Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel, facilities a little limited.
Great experience in a relaxing and well maintained setting. Fantastic rooms with all modern facilities, great walk in shower and very clean and fresh new look. We were a little disappointed that the sauna and jacuzzi were seemingly not in use during our stay, also the pool bar wasn’t not open even on the days that it was slightly warm enough to sit around the pool. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, lovely tempting things to choose from everyday and always enough to fill u up for the day. One point about breakfast though, the area is very small and I dread to think what this is like during high season as it was chaos for us even in this quiet period. The buffet is right at the end of a very narrow seating area crammed with tables. It’s quite frustrating... also the staff, especially what appears to be the manager in his suit will stand and watch you eat for all meals... I think this is a Greek thing as it happened elsewhere to us too but it’s super annoying.

Good 6.0
Great Location for walking by the sea
Overall our stay was good. Our plane was late so we missed dinner on the first night so we could have lunch one day instead which was good. We weren't told when we checked in but rooms are not cleaned/beds not made on either Wednesday or Sunday. Everywhere looks quite clean and fresh but bathrooms are not cleaned very well during your stay and towels can be old and worn. Pools look good but not heated and not many sun loungers, many were broken. We stayed on a half board basis and meals were buffet-style. But it was more like eating in a self-service cafe, not a restaurant. On the plus side it was a good location for walking along the front to either Paphos town or Coral Beach. Overall, for what we paid, it was good value for money.
