Another great stay at the Cabins of Mackinaw. This was our 3rd time staying here, clean cabin, friendly staff who remembered us from last made it a more personal touch. Within walking distance to the shops and ferry in Mackinaw City. Will definitely be back.

The top page says they provide hot breakfast, but they do not offer this. Please update the information. I liked that the cabin was individually built meaning no distractions by neighbors. It was quite at night. I wish they assigned parking spots. Sometime someone else parked in front of our cabin and it was inconvenient. My kids loved the water splash area, but the water was so cold. There were a cooler of pools next to it, and those two pools were warmed. The bathtub was large, and the room was clean. The only concern was the carpet in the entry area. Location was the perfect. Very convenient and walkable distance to ferry terminals.

The cabins are in an excellent location you could walk everywhere. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The cabin was a lot smaller than I expected. There aren't any tables or room for them in the bedrooms or living room space. The cabin had been cleaned but needed a lot of updates. You could tell it had been a.long time since it had new anything. If you dont intend to stay in them and are going to use it just for sleep , they are great. If you want to hang out and relax I think you might be disappointed.

My son and daughter-in-law’s room had toilet issues. It took a bit, and several maintenance visits, but it was fixed. Our room had cobwebs all over the walls. When we walked into our room it smelled like someone had JUST been in there smoking pot. Was it the cleaning person? Was it the people upstairs and it was coming through the air vents? I don’t know but the smell was strong and did not seem to go away for quite some time. The place is old and could use some updates but things age as expected. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful!
