What a treat to stay in such a beautiful hotel. The rooms were great with a large terrace overlooking the lake. We had a couple of small issues with our room which were dealt with very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Lots of stairs from the Funicular but gorgeous property overlooking Lucerne.

The chateau is beautiful. And the view from the patio is amazing. We loved that we could hop on and off of public transportation because we were guests at the hotel. We love the funicular and very convenient location, walkable to everywhere and easy access to tram stop, a QR code visitor card given by the hotel gives free tram rides.No kettle or tea trays provided which is a disappointment, may be we need to ask??
