Good clean hotel near the old town
Basic hotel with a great front desk team. I stayed for three nights after completing the Camino. The buffet breakfast was ample , the room was OK but it woukd have been nice to have more room to put my clothes and belongings so i didn't have to continue to live out of my bag. The bathroom was large wirh a steady supply of hot water. The hotel was close to the old town and the main cathedral. The hotel was more than adequate for my short stay but I probably would stay elsewhere if i were staying more than three nights.

Bad stay. Not one I can recommend.
The hotel was listed as having a self serve laundry but that was not true. They were not at all helpful at check in. You cannot even unload your luggage on the front of the hotel. Parking is several blocks away and although they said parking was 10 euros, it was16 euros. The rooms are tiny and AC does not work very well at all. Very disappointed in what Hotels.com lists as amenities because that is almost all incorrect.

Hotel muy nuevo en excelente posición para acceder al casco urbano. Totalmente insatisfecho por el trato recibido a raíz de una emergencia: después de haber reservado 2 habitaciones para 2 noches por medio de Expedia y haber pagado en hotel por anticipado, hemos tenido que interrumpir el viaje y por lo tanto queríamos solicitar el reembolso de una noche. En un primer momento, el rececionista nos dijo que la decisión de un reembolso era a cargo a Expedia. Despés de haber averiguado con el Servicio Clientes que, de lo contrario, era una decisión en cargo al hotel, en cuanto el pago fue directo al hotel, el rececionista nos dijo que era política del hotel no efectuar reembolsos. Es decir, primero nos da una información incorrecta y después trata de corregir diciendo que habíamos entendido mal. Si hubiese sido una semana, se habrían negado de rembolsar seis noches? En tiempo de Covid, con Santiago media vacía, me parece que no han hecho un buen negocio al negarse de reembolsarnos la noche que no hemos podido pasar allí. Seguramente, para mi próxima vez en Santiago no pienso alojarme más aquí, ni en otras instalaciones del grupo Hotusa Hoteles. Quedaos con mis 100 euros, pero la profesionalidad es otra cosa.
